Terms of Service

சுருக்கமாக: நாங்கள் உங்கள் கடைக்கு Website உருவாக்கி Host செய்கிறோம். உங்கள் Content உங்களுடையது. விலை, காலம் போன்றவை WhatsApp/Email-ல் ஒப்புக்கொள்ளப்படும்.

These Terms apply to mykadai.in and to the website design, hosting and editing services provided by MyKadai.in ("we", "us") to businesses ("you"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We design a website for your business, host it at an address such as yourshop.mykadai.in or a domain you own, and give you an editor login to update content. The exact scope, price, duration and renewal for your website are agreed with you in writing (WhatsApp or email) before work starts.

2. Free demo

A demo is free and without obligation. Demo pages may be removed if you do not continue.

3. Your content

You own the text, photos, logos and other material you provide, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. You give us permission to use that material to build and host your website. Do not publish anything unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful; we may remove such content or suspend a website that breaks this rule.

4. Our work

The design, code and templates remain ours, and you receive the right to use them for your website while your service is active. With your permission we may show your website as a sample of our work.

5. Accounts

Keep your editor username and password private. You are responsible for changes made through your login. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been misused.

6. Payments

Fees are as agreed with you. If a payment is not made on time we may pause the website after notice. Paid amounts are not refundable once work has been delivered, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Availability

We aim to keep websites online at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, for example during maintenance or problems with our hosting provider.

8. Third-party services

Websites may link to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and similar services, which are governed by their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

10. Ending the service

You can stop the service at any time by telling us. We may end the service for breach of these Terms. On request we will share your provided content with you.

11. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
