This Privacy Policy explains how MyKadai.in ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit mykadai.in, contact us, or use a website we build and host for your business.

1. Information we collect

From you as our customer: your name, business name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, business address, and the photos, logos and text you send us for your website. Account details: the username and a securely hashed password for your website editor; we never store passwords in readable form. From visitors: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) for security and performance.

2. How we use it

To build, host, update and support your website; to reply to your enquiries on WhatsApp, phone or email; to keep our services secure; and to meet legal obligations. We will only send you promotional messages if you agree, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

3. Content on your website

Information you publish on your own website (phone number, address, photos, prices, etc.) is public by design. You are responsible for having permission to publish photos of other people and any content you provide.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service (such as our web hosting and email provider), when required by law, or with your permission. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google links on websites open those services, which follow their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

mykadai.in does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website editor uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored with our hosting provider. We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access limits to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your editor password private.

7. Retention

We keep your information while your website is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for records and backups, unless you ask us to delete it earlier where the law allows.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law.

9. Children

Our services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
